CET Designer has three user levels: Standard, Expert and Administrator. The first time you log in to CET Designer, you are logged in as a standard user. However, you can switch to expert at any time you like. The main difference between standard and expert levels is that, as an expert, you have access to considerably more features on the toolbar. The administrator level requires a password and is not intended for the majority of all users.
You can change the user level by opening the File menu and selecting Control Panel, see Figure 1 below). The settings are located on the General tab.
