Previously, the Extension Manager was the place for downloading and installing Extensions. From CET Designer 3.0, however, the Extension Manager plays a less prominent role and you will only have to go to the Extension Manager for some specific support situations. It has therefore been moved to the Help menu.
Replacing the Extension Manager is the Extensions button which you click to handle your Extensions.
