Undo and Redo

If you are not happy with what you have just done in the drawing area, or if you moved the wrong component by mistake, you can use Undo or Redo.

Undo

When you choose Undo, you undo the last thing which you did in the drawing area. If you have positioned a component and you now think it doesn't fit, or if you have moved a component by mistake, choose Undo. The component will disappear from the drawing area or move back to its previous position.

Undo is also available inthe toolbar (the button with a blue curved arrow, pointing to the left) and as a shortcut key: Ctrl+Z.

Note:

  • Each time you choose Undo, you move one step further back through what you have done. This means that you can undo things that you have done some time before, even right at the beginning of your work on the drawing.

Redo

Using Redo you can reinstate something which you have undone. Redo is also in the toolbar (the button with the curved blue arrow pointing to the right, next to Undo) and as a shortcut key: Ctrl+Y.
