If the mouse pointer is placed on the text Recent Drawings in the File menu, a sub-menu showing the four most recently opened drawings will appear (the default number of drawings may vary in different applications). However, you set the number of recent drawings that you want displayed in the Control Panel. Click on the file that you want to open. If one of the Recent Drawings is not currently accessible, the file is displayed as deactivated.
Using the Quit menu item, you close the program. You can re-open the program either by double-clicking on the InstantPlanner icon or by choosing Programs and then InstantPlanner from the Start menu.
