Walls placed in the drawing area can be moved just like other components in CET Designer. However, during the planning stages it is unlikely that you will want to change a room's basic shape, and there's a risk that you might move a wall accidentally. For this reason, the program's default settings only allow walls to be moved when the component tab for Wall drawing is selected.
If you want to change this setting, follow these steps:
On the File menu, select Control Panel, or click 
in the top-right corner of the program window.
On the General tab, clear the Move walls only when Wall Drawing is selected check box.
Close the control panel.
