When you are about to print a sheet in the paper view you make desired printer settings that you access from the menu bar. The menu bar is positioned in the upper part of the paper view (see figure 1).

The features in the menu bar, that are described below, from left to right:
Preview page: The preview option gives you a quick preview of the 3D view.
Paper size: The size of the paper.
Resolution: The quality of the renderings.
Page setup: Click the icon to access the Page setup dialog box to choose printer, paper size and margins.
By right clicking on the miniatures of the sheets in the lower left corner of the paper view, you can make the following settings:
Disable page: Click this option if you do not wish to include the sheet in the print out.
Change to landscape: Click this option if you wish the sheet to be in landscape orientation.
Page setup: Click this option to view the Page setup dialog box (the same dialog box that is accessed from the menu bar).
