Delete and Crop

Both Delete and Crop remove components from the drawing area, but in different ways.

Delete

Using Delete, you remove all activated components from the drawing area.

There are four ways of deleting components:

• Choose Delete from the Edit menu.

• Click on the Delete button on the toolbar.

• Right-click on the object you want to delete and choose Delete from the pop-up menu.

• Use the shortcut key Delete.

Crop

Crop deletes all components but the ones that are activated in the drawing area.

Follow the instructions below, to crop components:

1. Activate the components you want to retain in the drawing area.

2. Choose Crop from the Edit menu or right-click on the object choose Crop from the pop-up menu that appears. All other objects are removed.
