Each of the three component groups on the Kitchen tab has two accompanying text boxes: Height and Depth. In the Height and Depth text boxes, you enter the values for all the components in that group. However, cupboards which are snapped to one another can be of different heights. You can adjust the height in the component's settings dialog, which you can open by right-clicking on the components and, from the pop-up menu, choosing Settings.
Cupboards and White Goods include different types of cupboards, a component that creates a space between the cupboards, white goods (such as Sink, Dishwasher and Stove) and a range of corner pieces. You can position wall cupboards above the other cupboards.
Wall Cupboards include different types of wall cupboards, a component that creates a space between the cupboards and a range of corner pieces. The wall cupboards are automatically positioned at a certain height above components from the group Cupboards and White Goods. They also snap above these components.
Tall Cupboards and White Goods, which include ordinary cupboards, the Fridge/Freezer and the vitrine, snap to one another. However, wall cupboards cannot be positioned above tall cupboards, only to the side of them.
