The toolbars above the 2D and 3D views (see Figure 1 and Figure 2 below) in CET Designer contain a number of features which make it easier to zoom, navigate and maneuver objects in the two views. When you hover the mouse pointer on an icon, a tool tip appears. Which features that are available depends on which user level is currently active, Standard or Expert.
